Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, consumers have the right to notify the seller that they are withdrawing from their purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 clear days from the day after the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract. Once their intent is expressed, they have an additional 14 days to return the goods. This right of withdrawal does not apply to professional buyers.
The consumer can also carry out the withdrawal process by returning the following form:
Consumers are informed that they may not exercise their right of withdrawal in certain cases specified in Art. VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law.
In the event of withdrawal, the seller will refund all payments received from the buyer, including delivery charges but excluding return shipping costs, without undue delay. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the goods travel at their risk.
The refund will be made no later than upon the receipt of the goods that are the subject of the withdrawal request or upon receipt of proof of the return of said goods. The refund will be made to the account used for the original payment.
We kindly ask, if possible, to return the goods in their original packaging along with all accessories. The law states that your liability may be engaged if the goods are devalued due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods. The seller reserves the right to issue only a partial refund if the returned item is found to be damaged or incomplete.
You may alternatively provide a withdrawal form yourself.
This deadline is a legal obligation towards buyers acting for private purposes.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: deformup@gmail.com.
Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at deformup@gmail.com and send your item to: Clos des Sonneurs, 9, Louvain-la-Neuve, 1348, Belgium.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will then be aware of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: Clos des Sonneurs 9, Louvain-la-Neuve 1348, Belgium.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
