  1. Delivery - Transport

    Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form, which can only be within the geographic area determined by the seller, currently covering: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany; or for pick-up at a relay point chosen by the buyer, from those proposed by the seller at the time of the order.

    In case of absence during delivery to the address provided by the buyer, the buyer may contact the seller within 48 hours to arrange an alternative delivery date. If not, or if the buyer fails or refuses to accept delivery of the ordered goods, the seller reserves the right to enforce the contract or, after prior notice, to consider the contract automatically terminated due to the buyer's fault. In this case, the seller will retain an amount equal to 30% of the sale price as compensation.

    The goods are transported at the seller’s risk until the delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer.

    The delivery time is 5 working days.

    In the event of a delay in delivery, if it is at least fifteen working days, the buyer may cancel their purchase without compensation, for either party, provided they notify the seller by email within 3 days after being informed of the delivery delay by the seller. The buyer will then be refunded via bank transfer to their bank account for the full amount of the order, including transport fees (if incurred at the time of the order), within 15 working days. Both parties will then be fully released from their respective obligations.

    In all cases, the following circumstances release the seller from their obligations regarding delivery times: when payment conditions are not met or if changes are made by the customer after the order.

    Pricing

    The prices of products and services displayed on the site are stated in euros, including all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes). The prices listed do not include transport fees, which will be specified as a separate item at the time of the order. The seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. However, the prices applicable to the order are those in effect at the time of order confirmation.
